A man unexpectedly gains the superpower to stop time and sets his sights on a sexy nurse, Yotsuba Kominato, and a pure-looking doctor, Riko Hoshino, in a hospital. He presses the pause button, and the world freezes instantly, except for him. He first walks to Yotsuba, lifts her white nurse's skirt to reveal black lace panties, and rubs her vulva through the fabric with his fingers until she trembles slightly even when still. Then he turns to Riko Hoshino, unbuttons her white coat, rips off her bra, and her large breasts bounce out. He lowers his head and sucks on her pink nipples. The moment time resumes, both women wake up in shock, only to find themselves disheveled and wet. The man grins wickedly and presses pause again. This time, he pulls out his penis and thrusts it into Yotsuba's wet vulva, pumping wildly and making her breasts bounce wildly. He then turns to Riko Hoshino, making her kneel on the ground and perform oral sex, finally ejaculating on her face. Time flowed on again, and the two collapsed to the ground, their eyes glazed over from the afterglow of their climax, completely lost in this inexplicable game of debauchery.
