Hikari Aozora plays a young nurse sent to a remote, isolated village, sparsely populated yet harboring a shocking secret. She wears a white nurse's uniform, her large breasts straining against it, and black lace panties are faintly visible beneath her short skirt. On her first day of rounds, she's surrounded by several burly islanders, their eyes gleaming with lust. Before she can react, she's forced onto the bed in the examination room, her uniform roughly torn open, her large breasts bouncing out. The islanders take turns, their thick penises thrusting forcefully into her vagina, the sounds of their thrusts filling the air. She twists her waist in shame, letting out suppressed moans, but the more violent impacts silence her. Semen fills her womb again and again; she succumbs to the lust of this desolate village, becoming the islanders' sex slave.
